You can register on line with a credit card or send a check to the address below including your name address and phone number. We need both your mailing and physical addresses.

I will record your name, address and phone number on a certificate which will serve as a confirmation that you are registered for the free electricity program with United Community services of America. I will send you a copy and the other copy will go to the Ucsa office. Before the install is to take place a local electrical contractor will contact you to set up the install.
